Sending a request through this website does not confirm an appointment or reserve a time. Preferred dates and times are requests only. We will contact you to confirm details.
Quotes and scope
We provide a quote describing the work and charges. Work is booked only after you accept the quote. If the scope changes on the day, we will discuss and agree any change with you before doing additional work.
Extras such as salt or ice melt for snow removal, or edging and clippings handling for grass cutting, are provided only when included in your quote.
Bookings
Once a quote is accepted, we schedule the work and send a booking confirmation. To change or cancel a booking, please contact us directly.
Seasonal agreements
Seasonal snow removal and grass cutting are provided under an agreement that sets out the properties, areas and services covered. Seasonal agreements are paid in full up front. Work outside the agreement is quoted and invoiced separately.
Payment
Invoices are sent by email and are payable in full, in Canadian dollars. You can pay securely online, or arrange another payment method with us. A receipt is emailed once payment is recorded.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your quote or seasonal agreement. Please contact us with any questions.
