What we collect
When you send a request or message, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, a description of the job, service addresses, any preferred dates and access notes.
Our forms do not ask for card details, identity documents or file uploads.
How we use it
- To respond to your request or message.
- To prepare quotes, schedule work and confirm bookings.
- To send invoices, payment links and receipts.
- To keep a record of the work we do for you.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe on a secure hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your full card number.
We correspond with customers through our business email. Messages you send us, and our replies, are kept as part of your customer record.
